Josue Alvarado NREMTLP/RN-Program Chair/Coordinator
Josue Alvarado started his EMS career in 1992 in the
Lower Rio Grande Valley of Texas.
His Paramedic and Flight Paramedic experience includes 911 provider
organizations to include EmCare EMS, HEMS, Valley Air Care, Los Fresnos EMS,
South Star Ambulance, Pro-Medic EMS, and EMS instruction at TSTC Harlingen,
UTB-Brownsville, and STC-McAllen. He
holds AAS Paramedicine, ADN, DSHS certified advanced coordinator, ACLS Inst,
PALS Inst, PEPP Inst AMLS Inst, PHTLS Inst, BLS Inst. He is currently the
Program Chair for HealthWebCE. He is
married to Patricia Gonzalez and they have 3 children, Josue Jr., Jacob and
Josiah.

Mike Martinez started his EMS career in 1989 in the Rio Grande Valley of Texas.
EMS systems who he worked for; EMCARE, Harlingen EMS, Valley Air Care,
Brownsville EMS, Medic1 EMS, South Star Ambulance, MedCare EMS, Willacy County
EMS, Montgomery County Hospital District - EMS (Conroe) and Fort Bend County EMS
(Rosenberg). His Paramedic
experience of 19 years includes 911 provider organizations, EMS Director, Flight
Coordinator, Flight Paramedic and now instruction with HealthWebCE (Houston).

Reymundo Mendoza EMT-P -EMS Instructor
Reymundo "Rey" Mendoza started
his EMS carrier in the City of Hidalgo Fire/EMS Dept. in 1995. Have been serving
the lower Rio Grande Valley (Hidalgo
County) ever since. He has been employed by 911 organizations and
HealthWebCE. Currently certified as EMT-P, EMS Instructor, AMLS Instructor,
and PEPP Instructor. Also hold PHTLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications. He teaches
for HealthWebCe.com and works as an EMT-P for a 911 organization in the
Edinburg area. He is married to Lupita Mendoza and has 4 kids,
Gene, Enrique, Rosemary, and Jazmine. He lives in
Hidalgo, Texas.
